Dr Anne Collins
Dr Anne Collins is an experienced Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon based in Dunedin, with dual specialist registration through the Medical Council of New Zealand and the Irish Medical Council. With international fellowship training, Dr Collins focuses on breast surgery, body contouring, skin cancer surgery, hand surgery and facial rejuvenation.
Committed to surgical excellence and personalised care, Dr Collins founded The Surgery to provide patients with specialist plastic surgery services within a purpose-designed, state-of-the-art environment. Her approach combines professionalism, technical precision and a refined aesthetic focus, with an emphasis on achieving natural results tailored to each individual.
Madison Moeahu
Originally from Dunedin, Madison graduated in 2018 and has since developed extensive experience across a range of surgical specialties. She currently works alongside Dr Anne Collins both at The Surgery and at Dunedin Hospital, where she is the Clinical Nurse Coordinator for Breast and Plastic Surgery.
Madison has a particular interest in skin health, facial rejuvenation and advanced aesthetic treatments, with a focus on optimising skin quality and supporting natural results. Passionate about education and the latest techniques and treatments, Madison is committed to creating a warm, supportive experience for every patient.
Rebecca Lee
Originally from Dunedin, Rebecca brings extensive surgical nursing experience to her role, working alongside Dr Anne Collins both at The Surgery and at Mercy Hospital, Dunedin. With expertise in both perioperative nursing and aesthetic treatments, Rebecca is integral in supporting both surgical and non-surgical patient care.
Known for her calm, organised approach and meticulous attention to detail, Rebecca oversees many of the day-to-day clinical operations at The Surgery. Dedicated to maintaining the highest clinical standards, she plays an important role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every patient.
Colm Kelly
Colm works alongside Dr Anne Collins and coordinates the operational running of The Surgery. Often the first point of contact for patients, he plays an integral role in patient communication, scheduling and the overall experience at the clinic.

With a focus on exceptional service and supporting the high standards of care at The Surgery, he works with both patients and the team throughout every stage of their journey.
Sandy Vincent
Originally from Dunedin, Sandy is one of the first faces patients meet at The Surgery. Known for her friendly nature and her ability to help patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their experience, Sandy plays an important role in creating a warm and welcoming environment within the clinic.
